Paul wakes up every day at 3:30 a.m. I’m sure some of you are rolling your eyes at this, but for Paul, this schedule works. Getting up a few hours earlier gives Paul the quiet time he needs during his most productive time of the day. Paul will also block time later in the day when needed, but he found he could do a lot by getting up before the sun.
Know When to Shift
When he first dipped into real estate, Paul set aside specific times for specific tasks. For example, on Mondays, he went door to door after work with a partner. He set up a place to make his calls in the garage just after coming home from work. On Saturdays, Paul would drive to Starbucks and make his follow-up calls from the car while streaming content.
