If in a previous post we saw how to make a Social Media Plan , today we are going with one of its essential parts: how to determine the Social Media objectives in social networks . It is important to define clear objectives in social networks to measure the success of our Social Media strategy . First of all, you have to know what objectives to measure in Social Media to know if your work in social networks is working, or not. Thus, it is necessary to define the SMART objectives , main and secondary, quantitative and qualitative in our social network actions.

Metrics increase brand awareness: -Scope of our publications. -Number of impressions. -Views of profiles, photos and videos. -Mentions of the brand. -Number of shares.
