A new home, or who is interested in selling their home and getting another one on the market because rates are low, or for whatever reason they crosses at that time. We need to be able to add value to this situation, and that doesn’t just apply to our ad.
Through The Process
That applies to every little follow-up, every engagement with that person. Whether it’s through our digital marketing, through our physical conversation, or whatever follow-up we send them, we need to provide value . By doing this, you will be able to truly become the agent who works with this person. Number two , there must be a clear path to conversion. We need to make sure that we have a website. Or lead form in place that is very simple and easy, is a very easy way to collect and disseminate information so that everything is set up correctly and we make sure that we provide that value which we talked about and which we are going to use in our advertising. Then finally , success is always in the follow-up.
