What does it mean? In “normal times”, a conversion problem can mean that you lack credibility on your website. Or not enough website customization and personalization. During COVID, this is likely due to researchers having a low comfort level with the current situation. This presents a major opportunity to communicate with your audience in a different and more impactful way. So… Why are leads down 13.55%? Our most educated guess… there is a lack of communication between your visitors and your website messaging. Visitors should be aware during this time that they still have options to sell their home at this time .
Communicate and Build
If they land on a page that still has the typical message without letting them know what they can do, they’ll probably bounce for now. Communication is more important than ever . You need to tell them what they can do during this time when people are uncertain. For example, indicate that they can: Send photos of their home Join a video call Join a Facebook Live for a presentation Hop on a phone call Start the sales process without ever meeting in person More on that below… What can you do right now to increase leads by 33, 100, or even 225%? !
